I am a co-author of the JAMA paper below that detailed Taiwan's initial success in preventing spread of COVID. This helped shine a spotlight on the country's efforts, and many global communities started to take notice of the MOHW's actions. Using appropriate information channels is currently the most effective way in reaching and connecting policy makers. To facilitate communication and the broadest reach with global partners, English may be the best language to reach as many international audiences as possible.
